About Us
Crafting Landmarks With Precision & Vision
Architecture is more than building design — it is about shaping the way people live, work, and interact. Established in 2022 as a joint venture, Blockscape Design is a contemporary architectural practice focused on making cities better places through thoughtful design and technical excellence.
Our leadership brings 18+ years of hands-on expertise across design, project execution, and site management, with prior experience at respected firms including Abhijit Ray & Associates (Delhi), Maheshwari & Associates (Kolkata), Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd., and Agrawal & Agrawal Architects, under the mentorship of noted architects J.P. Agarwal and Monal Agarwal.
We deliver end-to-end architectural solutions across residential, commercial, academic, religious, and public spaces, plus remodeling — combining precision, creativity, sustainability, and functional design from concept through completion.

Design That
Stands The Test of Time
Every project we undertake is guided by a single principle: architecture must serve people first. We combine structural precision, sustainable materials, and a deep respect for context to create spaces that feel timeless from the day they are built.
